In one of our client companies, conflict between co-owners endangered efforts toward achieving goals and objectives. They brought different experiences and approaches to the company, but their incompatible styles often induced ill feelings and friction between the two. The company’s movement reflected the partners’ inability to find common ground in which they could unify their efforts for the overall success of the company.

The Solution:

Nexus Business Solutions helped to mediate and create understanding and peace of mind between the owners. The process helped the partners to see their differing approaches as a positive attribute for the company. Our first step was in establishing a level of respect between the partners by showing them how the other felt or could be shown respect. We went on to institute systems and employee agreements to delegate roles and draw upon the talents of each owner, helping the company to attain the level of success they desired.
