Rebranding:

The Problem:

A client was having difficulties with bringing in new customers and wanted to expand its current clientele to include business clients. It was determined that the image that they portrayed right down to their very name was not conducive for attracting a new target audience.

The Solution:

The first step in this process was helping the client to see the issue at hand. Working with three equal owners Nexus Business Solutions was able to ask the right questions to help the client to see a new image was needed and to get the information that would best market the company. To create this new image one of the first steps was to rename the organization so that it really conveyed the right message. We then began to ask the right questions so that the company could create the language that best marketed the business. After the copy was created we began to work with a graphic artist, that was a part of Nexus Business Solutions network of business providers, to create new brochures, a new website, all new signage, and a new approach to attracting our new client base.
